[PyMOL] about tcl/tk gui window

Dear all
When I load pymol,I found that I can't type anything in the tcl/tk gui window.
So I can only enter the command in the Pymol viewer. Anyone had the same problem and how to fix it?

Are you on Linux? This was a problem which existed on certain Linux versions, perhaps due to an X11, Tk, or threading bug. The only sure solution is to update to a different Linux distribution, but you might try different PyMOL versions just to be sure that there isn’t one which works.

Yes,I tried to install pymol_0.99 on fc4, and fc7 (my own is fc6) on different machine .Only fc4 works .
Is there any simple way to fix it not changing the linux distribution.
